7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant RemixUGC a license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. AI-generated outputs may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes.

8. Service Modifications

9. Data Storage

We store your account information and generated videos for the duration of your account. We do not guarantee backups of your content. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important content.

RemixUGC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
